Together we can preserve human creativity in music.

As an active Humanable® member that has certified at least one song through the Humanable® platform having agreed to the Humanable Terms of Service and the trademark license that it contains (“you”), you are able to use the Humanable® logo icon and the Humanable word mark in certain limited circumstances.

Please keep these guidelines handy and remember that they can be updated from time to time and at anytime at Humanable's® discretion so do check them before beginning any new use of the Humanable® trademarks.

The H Pick Logo

The H Pick Logo

The H Pick Logo is primarily used in black and white. This is consistent with our brand goal of simplifying everything we can for our artists. The attention should be on our artists and their music, and not on us.

There may, however, be times when you will want to use the H Pick Logo with a different color scheme, for example in conjunction with a Christmas album or show. Below are acceptable color variants of the H Pick Logo.

Also, please do not alter the H Pick Logo in any way, including any changes to the ratios, tilting, shadowing, or overlays adding or subtracting any element including any third party trademarks, or deleting the “tm” symbol. You should always, ensure visibility against backgrounds.

If you do not see a variant that you would like to use, pelase reach out at welcome@humanable.com.

Below are the situations in which you can use the H Pick Logo:

  • On your album's cover art if all of the songs in the album are Humanable® certified.
  • Next to any song title if the song has been Humanable® certified.
  • On your tour t-shirt if all music performed during your show by you and all other acts listed on your t-shirt is Humanable® certified and all acts listed are active Humanable® members.
  • On your tour t-poster if all music performed during your show by you and all other acts listed on your poster is Humanable® certified and all acts listed are active Humanable® members.
  • On your website if all music you perform is Humanable® certified.
  • On your social media feed if all musical acts being promoted by the social media activity perform only music which has been Humanable® certified and all acts listed are active Humanable® members.
  • In your social media short bio (please tag us when you do so that we can follow you!)

The Humanable® Stylized Mark

The Humanable® Stylized Mark

The Humanable® Stylized Mark is used almost exclusively in black and white and refers both to our platform, the movement to protect the human-made music ecosystem, as well as the corporate entity. If you have an amazing reason why you would like to use a variant and would like for us to consider an exception, please reach out to welcome@humanable.com.

Also, please do not alter the Humanable® Stylized Mark in any way, including any changes to the ratios, tilting, shadowing, or overlays adding or subtracting any element including any third party trademarks, or deleting the “tm” symbol.

The Humanable Trademarks

Prohibitions on use of these trademarks

You may only use the trademarks in the manner and for the purposes set forth above and in the license found in our Terms and Conditions. Without limiting the generality of that statement, you are expressly prohibited from using these trademarks to:

  • Promote music which has not been Humanable® certified.
  • Promote any musical acts that are not active Humanable® members.
  • Promote any third party goods or services, including but not limited to any awards shows or festivals.
  • Say anything negative about yourself, any third party, or Humanable®. Remember, we aren't picking sides in the generative AI debate, we are just picking humans!
  • To co-brand with any other organization or person
  • To sell any merchandise other than your show merch and subject to the restrictions above.
