As an active Humanable® member that has certified at least one song through the Humanable® platform having agreed to the Humanable Terms of Service and the trademark license that it contains (“you”), you are able to use the Humanable® logo icon and the Humanable word mark in certain limited circumstances.

The Humanable Trademarks®
Please keep these guidelines handy and remember that they can be updated from time to time and at anytime at Humanable's® discretion so do check them before beginning any new use of the Humanable® trademarks.

The H Pick Logo
The H Pick Logo is primarily used in black and white. This is consistent with our brand goal of simplifying everything we can for our artists. The attention should be on our artists and their music, and not on us.
There may, however, be times when you will want to use the H Pick Logo with a different color scheme, for example in conjunction with a Christmas album or show. Below are acceptable color variants of the H Pick Logo.
Also, please do not alter the H Pick Logo in any way, including any changes to the ratios, tilting, shadowing, or overlays adding or subtracting any element including any third party trademarks, or deleting the “tm” symbol. You should always, ensure visibility against backgrounds.

The Humanable® Stylized Mark
The Humanable® Stylized Mark is used almost exclusively in black and white and refers both to our platform, the movement to protect the human-made music ecosystem, as well as the corporate entity. If you have an amazing reason why you would like to use a variant and would like for us to consider an exception, please reach out to welcome@humanable.com.
Also, please do not alter the Humanable® Stylized Mark in any way, including any changes to the ratios, tilting, shadowing, or overlays adding or subtracting any element including any third party trademarks, or deleting the “tm” symbol.
